Profiles expose specialties, languages, modalities, populations served, and state licensure without asking patients for sensitive clinical details.
How the beta works
Providers join first. Clinicians submit non-sensitive directory facts and licensing/coverage claims for review.
Listings become searchable. Patients browse by state, plan, modality, and availability; provider claims are clearly distinguished from payer-verified data.
Patients contact providers directly. No care is delivered by Cognilode and no insurance benefit is guaranteed by the directory.
Payer pilots add verification. The network is designed to support verified plan participation and access metrics once payer data partnerships exist.
This launch deliberately starts with supply. A useful therapy marketplace needs real provider availability before sophisticated patient matching has value.
