Therapist discovery • public beta

Find therapy by coverage, availability, and fit—not paperwork.

Cognilode Care Network helps people discover licensed mental-health providers using provider-published insurance participation, state, appointment mode, availability, specialties, and languages. You can explore the directory without submitting a diagnosis, treatment history, insurance member ID, or other protected health information.

Direct contactwith the provider you choose

Search the facts that matter before outreach.

Insurance-aware

See the plans a provider says they participate in before spending time on outreach. Always confirm current benefits and network status directly with the provider and your health plan.

Availability-aware

See whether a provider reports that they are accepting new clients, whether they offer virtual or in-person care, and their approximate appointment window.

Fit-aware

Compare specialties, languages, modalities, populations served, and state licensure without disclosing sensitive clinical details to Cognilode.

How the beta works

Providers publish directory facts. Clinicians submit non-sensitive licensing, coverage, availability, and practice information for review.
Patients browse without a clinical intake. Search by state, plan, modality, availability, and fit. Provider-published claims are labeled as such.
You contact the provider directly. Cognilode does not deliver care, diagnose, verify benefits, adjudicate claims, or guarantee coverage or appointment availability.
Health plans can improve verification. Payer pilots can add verified network participation and access data without turning the public directory into a clinical record system.
