Capabilities

Engineering across the boundary between AI and real operations.

Cognilode works where model capability is only one part of the problem: tools, data, software, permissions, evidence, cost, people, and failure handling still have to fit together.

01

Agentic systems and workflow automation

Design and implementation of agents and multi-agent workflows connected to business systems, browsers, repositories, APIs, data, and human judgment.

  • Tool-using and long-running agents
  • MCP/API/tool integration
  • Browser and authenticated workflow automation
  • Human-in-the-loop and delegated authority
  • Provider-neutral orchestration and routing
02

Evaluation, control, and operational evidence

Systems for determining whether an AI workflow was authorized, whether it actually succeeded, what it changed, and how to recover when it did not.

  • Acceptance and regression evaluation
  • Observability beyond model traces
  • Permissions, action custody, and effect identity
  • Failure injection, recovery, and rollback
  • Cost and outcome attribution
03

Data, retrieval, context, and memory

Information systems that keep the right evidence and context available over long-running work without turning every task into an ever-growing prompt.

  • Retrieval and enterprise knowledge systems
  • Data pipelines and structured evidence
  • Long-horizon agent memory
  • Semantic compression and provenance
  • Decision context and cross-system joins
04

Software, cloud, and infrastructure engineering

AI systems still depend on maintainable software, APIs, deployments, tests, cloud infrastructure, and reliable operational boundaries.

  • Python, TypeScript, APIs, and backend systems
  • AWS and cloud implementation
  • Repository and CI/CD modernization
  • Reliability and automation
  • Integration with existing systems rather than forced re-platforming
05

Technical research and decision support

For work whose valuable output is primarily information: technical investigation, literature and market synthesis, architecture decisions, evaluation design, and evidence-backed plans.

  • Technical and scientific research
  • Architecture and implementation planning
  • Market and technology analysis
  • Evaluation and benchmark design
  • Decision-ready written work products
Production intervention

A bounded 48-hour rescue for one real blocker.

When an AI, software, data, cloud, or automation failure is already costing time, Cognilode can take one bounded problem from evidence through investigation, implementation, and readback.

The fixed rescue scope is $2,500. It is deliberately not a free trial: the objective is to concentrate engineering effort on an observable production transition rather than spend a week proving that work has value.

How we scope larger work

Start with an observable boundary.

The rescue is intentionally narrow. Larger architecture, data, research, or ongoing-operation work is scoped only after there is enough real evidence to define the useful boundary.

If the right answer is a small implementation, keep it small. If the system needs a larger intervention, make the expanded economics and acceptance conditions explicit rather than letting the work drift into an open-ended engagement.
