Client responsibilities

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Where applicable, payment can be handled via Stripe Payment Links.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to perform the services or as required by law. We can sign an NDA upon request.

Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” Software changes can have unintended effects; you remain responsible for production deployment decisions and operational safeguards.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognilode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services.
