Cognilode is building a lawful ticket-resale consignment lane for tickets the owner is permitted to transfer and resell. There is no inventory purchase from us and no upfront seller fee. If we accept a request, we agree the listing and payout terms before anything is listed.
Proposed service fee: 15% of net resale proceeds after external marketplace/payment fees, due only after a completed sale. The final accepted terms can differ and will be stated before listing.
A request for review, not a listing and not resale authorization. Your submission stays pending until Cognilode explicitly accepts the consignment and verifies the relevant transfer/resale facts.
Nothing is transmitted until you choose Text request. Your phone number becomes the reply coordinate when you send the SMS.
We check event timing, transferability, resale permission, expected marketplace fees, and whether the seller minimum can support a viable listing.
If the request is workable, Cognilode confirms the accepted quantity, listing authority, seller minimum, service fee, and transfer instructions. Until then, the request remains pending.
Only accepted inventory can enter the resale workflow. We may price/reprice within the agreed terms and the external marketplace's rules.
After a completed sale and external fees, the accepted seller payout and service fee are reconciled. No sale means no success fee.
Cognilode is not the ticket issuer, venue, or event organizer. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, listing, sale, price, transfer, admission, or payout. Sellers remain responsible for truthful ownership/authority information and for complying with issuer, venue, marketplace, and legal restrictions. We do not use ticket-purchase bots or methods intended to evade queues, limits, account controls, or security measures.
